In this aggressive market where properties sell quickly I always let people know right up front if a property pending, this is not to discourage interest. This particular property was priced well below market value due to condition, there was/is nothing else available in that general area or price range so I could not offer anything similar or I would have. There is additional information available only to agents that does not show on the public Zillow site. This listing agent (this was not my listing) required a 24 hour notice because of a tenant; this is a state law that I have no control over. I also have no control what other agent's showing requirements are and can only convey the information. These were not my requirements. Cell service in our area has been spotty at best lately for some reason, many calls are dropped. I absolutely did not hang up without saying anything, I make it a practice to never do that. On a personal note, my 'tone of voice' has dramatically changed within the last few months. I am suffering from severely strained vocal cords which I am seeking PT for and apparently takes a long time to overcome. At times it is very painful to speak. While this caller had no idea of that, certainly my tone was misinterpreted for which I apologize for.
