I am sorry you feel this way about your buying experience, however, these negative accusations are not accurate. I do need to be aware of financing because not all loan programs work with certain types of property. Also, I showed the list of properties you provided and sent some suggestions, but there is no way for me to know every detail about every potential property. Also, I am always available for questions. I offer electronic signature as a convenience to clients. Again, it is unfortunate that you feel negatively about your buying experience, however, I am happy that we found you a property you love.
