Alyssa, I am very sorry for your negative experience with this property. Although I work with Felicia, we are not a Team. I can tell you she is a very new agent and to be honest she is doing an amazing job. The property you were interested in had over 35 showings scheduled within the first 24 hours and it quickly became an issue with her voicemail box getting plugged and all of the commotion surrounding setting up showings and dealing with offers coming in. She regrets the gaps in communication and would like to send her apology. The Seller initially was going to wait 10 days to review offers, but received an offer which forced her hand. Unfortunately for this situation it is up to the Seller to call the shots and she decided to take an offer that came in. We hope we can assist you in the future.
