Madeline - I’m sorry to hear you feel this way, and I think there may be some confusion. I need to clarify that I was not representing you as a Buyer, nor was I your agent during your home purchase. I represented the Seller in this transaction, and the Seller was my client. Please understand that my role was to follow my client’s (Seller’s) instructions, which appears to have been frustrating for you. You and I have never spoken, only communicated through a third party (your Buyer's agent), so I have no idea when and what information was given to you. I am also sure you do not know exactly when and what I responded with on behalf of the Seller’s. Please know that I always strive to provide excellent and timely service to my clients. I sincerely wish you the best in your new home!
