    I am truly sorry you had a bad experience. In truth I was never your agent but the sellers. All of my interactions with you and your spouse were positive, pleasant and professional. It is always best practice to have your Buyer's agent be local to the area, actually be the one to show the property and research on your behalf any and all questions you have regarding the property and it's use. Your buyer's agent being out of the area, never at the property, unfamiliar with our contract and ensuring you complete due diligence on your needs in a timely matter was indeed costly to you and the sellers. It is why I refer my clients to local experts when buying outside my area of expertise. It is always the sellers decision what happens to earnest funds, not mine. I hope you have found a property that meets your needs for both your home and business and I wish you well.
