We connected, but it did not work out. Other agents never asked for one until we actually was submitting a contract. Then she was upset when we went with another agent.

Hello! I'm sorry that this occurred to you. Unfortunately, I do not work in the 17567 Reamstown, PA area and I think you may have me confused with another agent. I usually ask if you are pre-approved, I don't want to show you a home you love only to find out the payments are uncomfortable for you! Sellers spend a lot of time getting their homes ready for showings and I don't want to waste anyone's time. As long as my clients have begun the loan approval process, I love to show them homes.
