Tear out all of the grass, rock, firepit, edging and trees from the back yard. Build a new two level patio using pavers and with a gas firepit in the middle. Build a new island with bbq grill covered in tile and using a ledgestone on the face. Cover 3 pillars and the firepit in ledgestone. Install an area using face grass.
