Showed home in 2021 in FL 32134.Local knowledgeProcess expertiseResponsivenessNegotiation skillsVery nice, seems knowledgeable, responsiveness but unavailable a lot. She does not have back up agents to cover her showings and is not shy about dropping clients. Felt let down.

Lina, I'm sorry you have these negative feelings. If you recall our conversation, you said you were not willing to commit to any single Realtor. Even so, I helped connect you to a lender and researched a few homes for you. This particular home had a 24 hour showing notice requirement. Even though Friday was not in the cards, the sellers and I were willing to show you the property on Sunday which was not good for you unfortunately. Sometimes things just don't work out. I wish you the best and hope you find the home of your dreams. I'm sorry you rated me on services that were never rendered.
