Dell was very professional, he took the time to show me what he was inspecting, and where there may be problems. Dell did a great job and he was very thorough. I highly recomend his services.

Dell has now done home inspections for both of my daughters and now myself. He is thorough and precise in his inspections and is more than willing to answer questions and give sound advice when asked for his opinion.

Seemed as thou he just looked around the house, something anyone can do. Was expecting a home inspection would be more in depth.

Dell was very throughout with our inspection. We really liked that he gave us a list of things that would need to be addressed right away verses things that could wait. He is also very nice and will take good care of all of his clients.
