I sincerely apologize that your experience wasn’t as seamless as we both would have liked, as I take great pride in going above and beyond for all of my clients. During this process, my dad passed away unexpectedly. However, along with my team, I still continued to work tirelessly to keep everything on track. We faced many challenges, including financing setbacks and insurance policy complications, which ultimately resulted in a delayed and last minute closing. I think it's important to mention that it was my insurance company recommendation that ultimately closed the deal and saved you a significant amount of money.
