I want to clarify that I am not the owner of the property, and I do not have any authority when it comes to decisions regarding rent increases or the return of deposits. These matters are solely under the control of the property owner. I completely understand that it may appear as if I have the influence over these issues, but in reality, I have no control over rents or the return of deposits.
