You folks closed almost a year ago...I wonder why it's taken so long to write the review? I think it's important to point out that the first miracle of this transaction is that I negotiated you a winning offer when you were the 3rd lowest offer out of 5 offers received. I pulled a ton of credibility to the offer...had you chosen another agent you likely wouldn't even have a review to write. The second thing that I would like to point out is that there was not radio silence we were waiting for a response from the seller on whether you could move in *before your closing date* which is difficult and irregular in our market. That was explained to both of you and you decided to trek this way without having it confirmed. I drove all the way from Helena to Three Forks to help you unload your trailer because you didn't have anyone else to help you; I left my house at 8 p.m. and didn't get back to Helena until 1 a.m knowing that I had to run appointments the next day starting at 7 a.m. On top of that I paid for your hotel room in peak tourist season in Bozeman which ran me $400/night and then negotiated with the lender to get you another day or two (can't remember exactly) of hotel rooms. You're welcome for getting your offer accepted, you're welcome for the referral to the lender, you're welcome for negotiating an early move-in and you're welcome for using my money and the lender's money to stay in a hotel.
