Arek is the only negative feedback I have ever received. When I listed his house, there were many homes already on the market for sale in his neighborhood. I sold his house before any of the other houses sold! I also sold it in 51 days! Unfortunately, getting the professional brochures printed, takes time and I can't force agents to give me feedback. The reason I didn't attend his closing was because I had another closing at the same time and I previously told him that. He said, "no problem at all". Arek asked me to do unethical things, which obviously I refused. We purchased his house as new construction for $391.000 when it was listed for $429,771. I negotiated $38,711 off for him! In 3 years, he wanted me to list his house well over price at $550,00. I advised him that was too high for his neighborhood. After 27 days, he agreed to reduce the price to $509,900, where it should have originally been, and then it sold in 24 days! He is just greedy! Not sure how he could even think to write me a negative feedback when I made him a profit of $118,900 in just 3 years! I guess I just can't make everyone happy? LOL
