Thank you for taking the time to write a review. Often buyers submit different offers that sellers may or may not like. Also agents can’t be held responsible for homes that have leaky basements and that smell like pets. While we always strive to help all customers, not all buyers will see the value you do in your home. If a buyer has changed their offer, please take the time to consider maybe I should do something to being my home up to the value so the perceived buyer may want to purchase at the price I am requesting. We do appreciate you taking your time to understand that if your home is not selling many months into the process and you are requesting all options because you are in a divorce. Cash offers may not be your best option. Being that your property has been in the market numerous times over the last years, please take a moment to do some self reflection. We thank you for your time. Hopefully next year your home will sell.
