Thank you for your Review. Which of course has two sides. I DO hope you were able to move forward and find the right place for you & mom. Since you took too long to respond to the immediate opportunity in a highly competitive market which was explained on first appointment. The opportunity to make an offer was discussed at the home, then by phone the next day to which you delayed response by not answering and texted me that " you were trying to get ahold of the lender that he was out of pocket and at that point you were not willing to move forward on a loan with no direct information from him prior on required cash out of pocket." I urged you to call him so we could move forward. BUT -Because you did not answer the phone and chose to text me, I thought that was your preferred communication at that timeframe. So, I then chose to write it to you in a follow -up message the deadline was the next day 12 pm, explaining the time frame to which the seller would be making a decision was fast approaching. I waited. Until I followed up the next morning to communicate once more we had lost all time. seller could not wait any longer. And the phone conversation was clear the night before on necessity to move quickly because of multiple offers, to which you thought you had more time and did not. I apologized for any error you felt I caused, but the attitude I got from you in blaming me for the delay was very harsh and we chose to part ways. Again, I wish you well!
