I spent a week trying to get this person this apartment. The landlord finally expressed doubt in the person's reliability which I conveyed. At no time did this person ever actually submit a rental application. There appears to be a quote in this review which is not an actual quote.

This is simply inaccurate. I wasn't asked to reschedule, this person was a no-show and wouldn't respond literally 15 minutes after confirming an appointment. This was later followed by an unhinged series of emails.
