Hi Grace & Lawton, we always make it our priority to listen to our customers with the upmost resect while giving honest advice and guidance. We have had much success in forming very trusting and lasting relationships with all of our customers, buyers and sellers. With that said, we appreciate you putting your trust in us and hiring us to sell your home, and we truly feel sorry that you felt that our services were anything less than 100%. In the 10 years we have been in business serving Central Florida, this is the first time we have received an unsatisfactory review, and it saddens us. After we received the full price cash offer on your home, I know it was disappointing when the buyer walked away due to the many inspection concerns they discovered. This is a part of the process and just a hurtle to get past. With our guidance, we believe you would have been successful just like all of our past sellers we have guided and served through any challenges when selling. Derick and I always try not to significantly reduce prices, especially when you communicated to us your bottom dollar. But, every realtor works differently, and we respect that. While we do believe that patience and using our guidance would have brought you more success and a larger equity, we are happy things worked out for you.
