Hi Michael & Sarah! Martha showed you this home! You may not know, we only had a small time frame, the 1st weekend it came on; so I had to "Man" the house while a bunch of Realtors & Buyers came thru, in a 2-hour opening on a Sunday night! It was like a mini-open house, which happens in Beacon. Your full-price offer w/the 24-hour expiration deadline, was the reason your offer was not accepted. In the end the home appraised, and sold for a much higher price, than it was listed for. We're sorry it didn't work out for you...I'm glad we could connect to discuss it, we tried very hard to help you. FYI, the top competing buyers, truly went above and beyond when they made their offers...which is why the owner went with one of them...Both Martha & I wish you all the best, Good Luck!
