I am very disappointed with your comments here. 1. Foreclosure properties was never a choice. 2. Your previous realtor showed you all available properties within your range in where you expressed that you had seen every single property in the area and you'd consider looking at homes at the higher end of the budget. . 3. I presented properties at the higher end of your budget to be able to see new opportunities. 4. There was Never an issue with escrow nor deadlines as YOU chose your escrow agent. If you are referring to the Deadlines that were behind due to $$ at your end. 5. I presented 3 choices for inspectors and you hired the inspector which you were with him throughout the whole inspection, no hidden issues that you were not made aware of. 6. Negotiating the price lower than $20K was not possible with a home on the market for 2 days and sellers were holding to a number.
