The tenant did not qualify for the home for rent. Therefore I told her that we cannot show the property because she did not qualify for it. The tenant continued to call us wanting to see the home because she really wanted it. It is our policy not to show our properties to any tenants who do not qualify. Why show a property to a tenant that we cannot rent to? It is a waste of time for both the tenant and myself.
