We are sorry you feel that way. We hope you enjoy your new home, and the reduced commissions saving you thousands on the sale of your house. We set a record in the neighborhood on the sale of your home! Many problems occurred on the sale of the home, and we were able to successfully negotiate a positive closing for all parties. Title reviews all documents upon closing, as does the mortgage officer to answer any lending questions. Our duty as Realtors was to provide honest and reasonable care regarding the Real Estate transaction itself. We recommend our clients to speak with an attorney should any legal questions. Enjoy the new house and the extra money received back from the reduced commission.

Client wanted me to take a reduced commission after selling their home 8,000 over list price. This is not a discount brokerage. We responded to all necessary demands and paid for professional cleaning. Buyers, as per NM contract are able to walk through prior to closing. The house was left a mess for new buyers, and The Ghelfi Group paid for all necessary findings.
