    Dear Jazzy, It's unfortunate that you misinterpreted my standard interview questions as "condescending." My questions are designed to get a full picture of who may be moving into my property and affecting my future and are all legal according to Fair Housing standards. Generally, I find that cooperative people with good rental histories and stable incomes that meet the requirements have no problem with my questions.

    I tried calling her about a property and she did not answer so I texted her. She replied rather quickly and then was very rude when I said I couldn't drive by the property. She is not interested in applicants relocating. Very rude!!!

    Amber, My post clearly states that I do not answer calls from out of state. Applicants are required to have 2 years of rental history in Central Florida. It's unfortunate that you think I'm being rude for stating the requirements in the Zillow ad and then repeating them in my responses to your inquiry. I receive many phone calls and inquiries and don't have time for long conversations or explanations. I try to politely respond to those who inquire, even when they don't read the directions or follow instructions.
