Thanks for the review Barbara, although you were not actually one of our clients, we do take the feedback very seriously. Regarding the issues you have raised in this review: For owner statements, we do use a top rated property management software (SimplifyEm) for all of our statements. It does track rents and expenses thoroughly - I am sorry if you found this to be confusing. With reference to Nicole's home and furniture: yes, the renters did leave the house unclean, there was minor damage, and they did leave personal items at the house. These items were repaired, cleaned, and cleared. The renters were billed for damages beyond what their deposit covered and they did pay this. We were as disappointed as well that the renters damaged these items and left the house so unclean. As far as not responding to Nicole regarding these issues: I show over 40 emails in the final weeks we worked with Nicole, we also met in person several times, and I did talk over the phone.
