Said they would rent to me multiple times over a period of a month. We are very sorry that we are not able to rent the place to narcfree, due to some extraordinary situations. It was a very hard decision to make as she is a great person. The canceled showings were due, in part, to schedule conflicts with the previous tenants who were in the house at the time of the recommended showings. They had odd working schedules and we didn't want to bother when they were away. Plus they were moving out, which left the house in need of some refurbishing. As for the 1st showing with the locked un-openable door, it was because I changed the lock, and it showed how clumsy I am with the lock change, thanks to my husband, who was able to repair it. It was unfortunate that we were not able to finalize a lease with this person, and there was never a commitment on our behalf to do so, contrary to their claim. We hope the best in narcfree's search for a home for her and her family.
