You are working with Jacque Kendrick.. she is your realtor. I came over to the house as a favor to the your realtor and to sell my listing. I tend to go the extra mile for and on behalf of my clients. Just because you were not able to buy a house is no reason to give a poor review. This house on Cherry sat vacant for months..and then I received 5 offers. Yours was not chosen. My duty in this transaction is to my seller in California.. of which I am in great communication. The only communication with you was in front of your realtor. I did not NEGOTIATE for you..and I was far from rude. I walked over to the listing to offer MORE information, selling the neighborhood, telling you the tenant situation. I was excited for you.. that you were placing an offer. When your offer was not picked i told your realtor I would watch for others in Tomball. Good luck with your home search, By the way.. a similar income-producing property is now available in Tomball
