Tear down of old home and build a brand new one on the lot.ResponsivenessPriceWork qualityPunctualityThis was our first new construction home and Cogdill builders did a great job explaining the process and walking us through it. The process was painless thanks to Mike. It was a very positive experience and I would recommend him to anyone.
