Since I refused to pay for the application before seeing the house he said I wasn’t worth his time. I have seen many places that look nothing like their picture. Very disappointed in his behavior.

I assume you are talking about the rental in Harriman. Because of the nature of rentals. I am super careful about meeting people without having them apply to Zillow not to me to make sure it is safe.
