He told me that he get a list of affordable homes. But, he never called me back or when he was . I was preapproved for a small loan.He did not work with me.

Sorry you feel this way. I answered your call after 8 p.m. during the week, and spent around 15 minutes on the phone with you. While talking with you, I searched the area you were looking in and told you every option available. With a cap of $50k, there were only two options available , which you said you would go by and look at. I never heard back from you , so I assumed these did not work for you. At this price range it is very difficult to find properties that a lender will finance. I wish you luck in your home search.
