Epic Realty has been in business since 2012 as a trusted full service Real Estate Brokerage and has handled thousands of successful transactions. Our goal for each transaction is to provide excellent service so that we have happy guests staying in our vacation rentals, and happy owners knowing that we are providing the highest nightly rates and maximum occupancy. The number of positive reviews we have and continue to receive are a true reflection of the professional service provided as well as our large referral business and repeat clientele. I understand that the Pandemic has created pent up frustration, but I am not a punching bag for negative, angry people that threaten me with negative reviews from the get go. After agreeing and signing our rental agreement (once on Vrbo and then directly from us for our records) she still continued questioning it with negative comments. Our concern is making sure that we host guests that are comfortable in every way. When it became clear that this would not be the case we notified her that we wanted her to be comfortable, immediately refunded her and canceled her reservation that is 4 months away rather than hold her to an agreement that she was clearly uncomfortable with.
