Colleen, I think you and Todd found the perfect home and your timing was perfect! If this home had hit during the Spring market which was much stronger, it would have gone into a bidding war for sure. By using that Escalation Clause right, we got the home at a fair price with plenty of room to grow in equity. I am sure you will enjoy it for many years and can't wait to see it once you are all settled in!

Todd, You and Anne were a delight to work with & the timing could not have been better! I had just been in this home the day before on a listing appointment & after getting your email I reached out to the seller to see if he would allow me to bring you into the home before he decided on an agent to list it & they agreed. It is almost impossible to time something like this so well & then for you to fall in love with the house at the same time just does not happen! This was also a case where I was representing both the buyer & the seller & I only do this in rare cases where I am comfortable that everyone will get what they want. All parties worked well & fairly together & as a result it was one of the smoothest sales I have ever done. You have the house that you wanted at a fair price & the seller knows that you are going to continue to take care of his home like they would. I certainly thank you for the wonderful compliments & it is clients like the four of you that my job so rewarding.

Gabe, I am glad you felt I was laid back in being honest with you.The process is pretty simple. When a problem comes up, we deal with it. We look at it together as a team and figure out what we want to do and what the out come will or could be. No reason to get upset or angry as that does not solve the concern/slash problem. Quincey, I remember the day we met like it was yesterday! We started out in one neighborhood but quickly decided on another one which we knew would be best for you and your needs. Being transparent is an important factor for all of us to get the job done. We talked openly about anything and everything and respected each others opinions. That's how we found the right home for you. I really enjoy working with first time home buyers as there is so much to learn in a short amount of time. You both did your homework and as a result we got a great house at a fair price and the process went smoothly. Looking forward to seeing you both at the house for lunch on July 14th.
