We connected, but it did not work out. Looking in Anahuac, TXLocal knowledgeProcess expertiseResponsivenessNegotiation skillsNot happy at all with this interaction. Rude staff informed me they would not show me a house until I got pre-approved for a loan, and the staff would not help me in the process at all. Terrible service, rude, rude people!

First of all, I apologize if anyone in my office appeared to be rude. It sounds like whoever you spoke with did not clearly explain real estate procedures with you. When a clients calls in to any office, agents should always ask if they are working with another agent and if they are pre-approved. If you find THE home of your dreams and you are not pre-approved, you can not make an offer until you are pre-approved. In the meantime, someone else who is pre-approved and submits an offer on that same home, may end up purchasing the home you wanted.
