There were circumstances not mentioned and beyond my control. From the start the solar panels were an issue. The seller wanted to pay off the panels through escrow, but the appraiser wouldn’t accept these terms and insisted the panels be paid in full, before the close. The lender tried to get the appraiser to waive this condition, which was denied. This created delays and stress throughout the rest of the transaction.Eventually the seller agreed to pay off the panels which created another delay while his check was processed and confirmed. We worked diligently with "documented correspondence" and follow-up between all parties. I think my many awesome reviews speak for themselves. Most transactions close effortlessly but once in a while you encounter a difficult situation. When it did close the seller refused to give us a move out date or keys while the buyer stayed in a hotel. Seller never communicated he needed funds from this sale to close on another home, hence the stress.
