I apologize for any misunderstanding, I had a critical medical emergency with my Mother in NC that morning, the showing appointment was set up, confirmed with list agent and seller, as requested by prospective buyers , the seller agreed to show the home as he would be there for all showings anyway due to his health problems and the place was flooding due to heavy rains. The buyer was able to view the home as scheduled with no delay or interruption, the list agent agreed to handle an offer if they chose to write one up, he never heard from back from them.
