Sorry you feel that way. Limited to <1000 characters here. I take client service personally & my testimonials reflect this. We addressed your concerns yet consumers use this so I must address mistruths. If you’re unhappy I welcome you to the office to discuss it. I only heard positive feedback until ~4 months after closing. You were happy I negotiated $12,500 off original price, $3k in cc/pp, $600+ in repairs from seller, and closing with ~$8k in equity. I didn’t forget to check with the first agent. She confirmed our showing without disclosing an offer and I was upset too. I didn’t show your new home at 1st b/c it was $50,000 higher than your price range. Nothing was swept under the rug, you waived warranties on both offers, received all docs at closing and by email, and I only heard positive comments until 5/25. My intent isn’t to argue; only to clarify defamatory misrepresentations. After 100+ closings this is the only complaint I've received and I needed to address it. Thank you.
