    Chris had a lease with us he raised the priced of rent but never fixed nothing. Left after one year and didnt get deposit back. I fixed things in the apartment and still did not get deposit back. Will not tell any of my friends about him.

    While renting a property Mr. Cagle managed he was rude, not very responsive and generally difficult to work with. Other than collecting a rent check, I'm not sure what service he provided to the home owner that they couldn't have done them selves. ...

    Obviously an unhappy renter who won't even say who they are. Probably not even a tenant of mime. I'm always responsive and easy to work with as many people would attest. This person was probably late with their rent and had to pay a late fee, if this is even real.
