Jeannie, Buying a home, especially when you are relocating to a new area, is a process. We start with what your wants and needs are and search for homes that fit within your buying power. I ask my buyers a lot of questions in order for them to really consider what they want and why they want it. As we look and compare each home on the market, it becomes easier to determine what is really most important to you and why. Buying a home is expensive and my job is to make sure you’re an educated buyer, know the market and make the best housing decision for you.
