Dave, so sorry that you felt that way. I felt the same way about you. Sometimes it's like that. You chose a cheap, complicated property and weren't willing or able to write an offer and someone else listened and did. The listing agent said she had spoken to you also and didn't consider you a qualified buyer. Hope you find whatever it is you're looking for and glad you'll be working with some one else.
