    Property managed a home in OK 74135.

    Found these apartments through zillow, got approved. Got hurt and notified the manager that I was away for medical treatment and returned to my apartment to an eviction notice and that the property had been abandoned and to vacate immediately.

    I'm sorry if you feel you were being evicted on for being away on treatment. We were not notified that you were away. The eviction process is a non discriminating process. I do apologize on behalf of management if you feel this was a personal attack, it was not. We have to follow our process. If you have any questions or concerns about our process you are more then welcome to come into the office and we will walk through it with you. I can assure you your health is not the reason we chose to not to renew with you. I do apologize again on behalf of management if you feel personally attacked as that is not our way.
