This person is hyperbolic and thinks she can read minds, and clearly stressed out over trying to find an apartment at the last minute. I did not say she would be a bad tenant, only that my experience with college students was not optimal, and it was costly. I did not rant, call me and see for yourself that is not my approach. Currently I have over 50 happy tenants who gladly stay 2-6 years because I am responsive and fair, and my properties are in great condition and we care about their appearances. If this is the kind of owner that you want, please apply, we would love to consider your application.

I'm sorry your experience was not what you expected. For efficiency I batch all my responses and answer them accordingly not on the same day, but after people have had the opportunity to see the ad over two to three days. The eight phone calls by you were re-dials in rapid succession, an annoying act when people don't get through the first time. The original price was a mistake, and at $1850 we have strong demand for the condo. We are currently working with several people to meet their rental needs for a great Evanston condo given the strong demand for this unit. I'm glad you have found something else that meet your needs. Thank you and have a great experience at Northwestern's Kellogg school.
