I am very thankful for the opportunity to have represented you for a second time and while, yes I do have the buyer's best interests when I am on the buy side, but in this case, I had your back from beginning to end on the sell side of this Downtown San Diego condo. While I would not have anticipated having to meet a key part of the transaction at 6am, I'm sure glad I did and that we were able to get the deal closed that same day! You two are genuinely good human beings and I absolutely appreciate all of your cooperation throughout.
