Thank you for the review. While I welcome and appreciate all feedback to help me improve my skill set, the facts in this review are completely false. I keep detailed records and notes of all correspondence with my clients and can share with you if you would like. As we have discussed, when we received an offer on one of your properties which was lower than you wanted I agreed to lower my commission to accommodate you and your expected profits from the sale. However, you rejected that offer. A few weeks later I presented you with a different, separate offer/contract for full-price. We did not discuss a lower commission, we used the commission amount that was in our listing agreement. I take my job very seriously and I take great pride in helping people reach their goals. I apologize you are unhappy with the situation. I will never be anything less than 100% honest, helpful, genuine, and professional.
