Regarding the amendment, I regret any confusion about what the concession statement meant for you at closing. Your best interest is always my goal, and my apologies that you feel this was not conveyed in your transaction. I would like to assure you that I did not increase the commission amount. In appreciation for your previous business I accepted a reduced commission on the sale of this property.
