While we understand it can be frustrating when you aren't selected for a rental you're interested in, our application process is designed to be transparent and to treat all applicants fairly. That's why we score all applicants based on objective criteria like income, employment, and rental history. When multiple applicants are equally qualified for a property, we give priority to the first to apply. Any system is bound to leave some applicants disappointed, but we've found this system is the best way to ensure all applicants are treated fairly, equally, and without bias.
