Hi Michelle, for some reason I am only seeing this review now, and clearly too late. I sincerely apologize you feel this way. I have reviewed every last email and text through out my log history and cannot find an offer or deal with your information on it to accurately respond to this claim. What I can say is that it is my duty to present any and all offers, and that a seller may make the decision to accept a higher offer at any time. Possibly there was an accepted offer and their listing agent didn’t present, or if I was the listing agent I just don’t know…. I have never in 20+ years had a complaint like this and if you feel I was involved in not presenting your offer I sure wish I had been notified to remedy it. This isn’t in my nature, nor my ethics. I’m very sorry to read this post but I do feel some context may be missing here? At least I hope because this just isn’t something I would do knowingly, ever. Thank you.
