Tim, Thank you for the feedback, I'm sorry you feel that I didn't do my best on your deal. I tried to find all of your answers and had the title company, seller's agent and the neighbor of the property you wanted do everything possible to ease your fears about buying. In the end, not all deals are meant to be and I hope you find what you are looking for.
