Deborah, we're truly sorry that you were disappointed with your experience. This was a difficult transaction and we tried to do our best for everyone involved. After receiving your initial call, Caroline showed you her partner Allen's listing privately. When she notified you that he had received offers on the home and you expressed interest in making one, she offered to represent you to write your offer. She definitely did not intend to pressure you into using her and is sorry if it came across that way. Trying to get you the best deal, she helped negotiate a purchase price that was 16% less than original list price of the home. After valuing your home based on comps and hosting 2 open houses, we ultimately ended with a sale price within 1.5% of her valuation. Caroline always endeavors to do the best for her clients and is sorry that did not come across. Thank you for your feedback. We will use it to continue improving our service for future clients.
