The writer of this review is a competitive property manager who made requests that were not according to our agreement. He visited the house several times during the year and was pleased with the condition. Although, through our agreement, payments were to be made by the 20th of each month, they were made by the 10th. He wanted the Security deposit returned immediately, and by law, I have 30 days to write a Disposition of Security deposit and send it, which I did. The attorney he mentions asked me not to contact him that this reviewer was not his client. All of this is documented. I do believe the reviewer wanted to renovate the property and was looking for dollars from me to do it. Thank you for reading my response. CG
