    Integrity is of the utmost importance in any business related matter. The fact that the owner of the property was behind on payments was not an issue in the clients ability to sell the property at full price nor was it my place to disclose personal and confidential matters that were not relevant to the clients ability to sell the property. My commission didn't play in role in my judgment as the prospective buyer above eludes to. The owner of the property shouldn't have to take a reduced price from a buyer based on the fact they were behind on payments or due to any other factor not related to property market value. The comment by the person above that they should not have been told to make a full price offer because of the owners personal situation is irrelevant. Home owners and prospective home owners need to base the value of the property on market price not emotional or other factors unrelated.
