    I'm very sorry this is how you feel and your perception of what happened with your parents. I can assure you that I wanted your parent's home to be completed and on time as much as they did. It was heart wrenching for me to know that they were without a home for several months. Unfortunately, throughout 2021 builders experienced supply chain and permitting issues. Snyder Homes was not immune to this and many many of their customers had to suffer the same as your parents. This is something that no person could control or be responsible for. I am confused when you say there was a lack of communication in regard to your parents transaction? There was a group email that included your parents, my broker, as well as their lender and myself where we all communicated weekly. I also was visiting the property and sending photo updates regularly, while my broker diligently checked the Charlotte county permitting site for updates. The only time there was a lapse in communication is when your parents phone numbers changed. Once that was discovered the issue was resolved. I have apologized to your parents immensely for the length of time it took for the builder to complete their home and I understand the human instinct to be angry and blame someone when things don't happen as planned or expected. But, please know I could not have felt more bad for how this transpired and the stress it caused your parents. If I could have made it happen more timely, I absolutely would have done that for your family. I'm sincerely sorry. Please feel free to call me at 941-759-0087 to discuss further.
