    I’m very sorry that you have had problems since you’re Inspection, your crawlspace is insulated and there was no visible evidence of termites that I could see at the time of inspection which was on Nov 23rd of last year. Yes they were able to find them because they knew an approximate location, a termite inspection is a non-invasive visual inspection, we don’t remove or disturb insulation, wall coverings, trim, furniture or appliances ... this is all described on page 2 of the termite inspection report. However with all that being said, I still don’t like having unhappy customers and I’m sorry you are dissatisfied
